LRS works on a range of agricultural problems and activities from running field trials and testing of agricultural products to undertaking fullblown research projects culminating in comprehensive client reports and papers.

Some of the studies we've undertaken in recent years include investigating systems to deal with farm effluent, measuring differences in soil properties between organic and conventional management systems (ARGOS.org.nz) to assessing new products and systems for farming in general.

Environmental issues have been an area of increasing concern for many producers and something that we continue to work extensively on.
